North Carolina Legislature Passes Common-Sense Ticketing Reforms

This week, the North Carolina legislature passed key ticketing reforms.

“We thank North Carolina lawmakers for standing with fans and artists by passing reforms that ban scalpers from listing speculative tickets, operating deceptive websites, and using ticket-stealing bots. No one should be allowed to scam fans by selling tickets they do not have, impersonating legitimate ticket sellers, or using bots to seize tickets meant for real fans.”
