Live Nation today announced that its new purpose-built, 3,000-capacity venue in the heart of Orchard Road will be known as Grange House and is set to open by mid-2027.
The venue will create new opportunities to bring more artists, tours and cultural experiences to Singapore, filling an important gap between the city’s smaller venues and its large-scale arenas and stadiums.
Developed with support from the Singapore Tourism Board, Grange House will strengthen Singapore’s position as a leading destination for live entertainment.
Edward Liu, Managing Director, Live Nation Singapore, said:
“Singapore has been an important market for Live Nation since launching in 2006. During that time, we’ve invested in our local team, built strong partnerships and brought an incredible range of artists and live experiences to fans here. We continue to see enormous potential for live entertainment in Singapore, and Grange House is the next step in that journey.”
The name Grange House reflects the ambition behind the venue: to create a home for live entertainment, culture and community.
Designed by Blueprint Studio, Live Nation’s in-house design and development team, Grange House will pair exceptional acoustics and sightlines with bespoke hospitality, curated food and drink options, and artist facilities designed to meet international touring standards.
Its role will extend beyond show nights. Indoor and outdoor spaces have been designed for people to gather throughout the day, including a landscaped terrace, and an all-day café and restaurant that can host community talks, podcasts and public events. A walkway linking 313@Somerset and Grange House will feature rotating art, exhibitions and pop-ups, and a foyer will offer a welcoming space to dine, unwind and come together before and after shows.

Stephanie Bax, President, Venue Development for Live Nation Asia, said:
“We have designed Grange House around what makes a great live venue: an exceptional experience for artists and fans, and a strong connection to the community around it. Open to all promoters and event organisers, the ambition is for Grange House to feel like a home for live entertainment in Singapore, with public spaces designed to be part of the life of Orchard Road beyond show nights.”
In collaboration with Lendlease Global Commercial REIT, Grange House will also contribute to the continued rejuvenation of Orchard Road. Year-round live entertainment, community programming and cultural experiences will create new reasons for locals and visitors to spend time in the precinct, while supporting the retailers, restaurants and businesses around it.
Ashlynn Loo, Director, Land & Concept Development, Singapore Tourism Board, said:
"Grange House marks a key milestone in our Orchard Road rejuvenation efforts. With its distinct identity and mix of live entertainment, culture and community events, it offers a refreshing space for a diverse range of events, just a stone's throw from the heart of retail. A welcome addition to our vibrant events landscape, Grange House reflects our continued commitment to reinvigorating Orchard Road and developing world-class infrastructure to support the growth of our events pipeline. We look forward to seeing it draw visitors and locals alike, further strengthening Orchard Road's position as an iconic and must-visit destination."
Guy Cawthra, Chief Executive Officer, Lendlease Global Commercial Trust Management, said:
"The next phase of Orchard Road’s rejuvenation will see retail, dining, entertainment and culture converging, creating more experiences and moments for people to gather and connect. Grange House complements this transformation and is a natural extension to 313@somerset, creating a new cultural heartbeat that breathes new life into the Orchard Road experience."
